Ingredients for Pizza Dough Recipe
3 to 4 cups lukewarm water
1 Table spoon Olive oil
2 tea spoon salt
1 tsp. dry yeast
1-1/2 tea spoon sugar
4 cups all-purpose flour
Move the water into a large bowl, lidded Plastic food container. With the help of wooden spoon, mix in the oil, salt, yeast, and sugar and stir well to combine.
Now, Add the flour and mix until its uniformly moist after this the dough will be quite wet, no kneading is required.
Cover the plastic container with plastic sheet .
Let the dough fermented for about two hours, then the dough perfectly expand and may begin to collapse with in the time.
Do not punch the dough, because it collapse on its own and later shrink, Put it in the refrigerator, and it will never regain its height.
Refrigerate the dough loosen the covered at least for about 3 hours before using.
