Preheat oven: 425°F.
Ingredients for Pizza Crust Recipe
1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 envelope Pizza Crust Yeast
1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup very warm water
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
Other toppings as desired
1 to 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Take a large bowl add 1 cup all purpose flour, yeast, sugar and salt.
Now, Add Warm water and oil, mix all ingredient until they blended completely. Now gradually add remaining flour to make a soft dough. Make a dough that should be form of ball and it will be slightly sticky.
Knead floured surface now adding additional flour if necessary until the dough smooth and elastic for about 4 minutes.
With the help of floured hand pat the dough to fill the greased baking sheet. With the help of your hand pinching edge of the dough.
Spread the pizza sauce and topping the base surface with grated cheese.
Bake the pizza crust on lowest oven rack for about 12 to 15 minutes. Until the mozzarella cheese and crust is become brown. The Pizza crust is ready to decorate it with different topping items.
Knead the dough and add enough flour to the dough that helps you to keep your hand from sticking. Flatten it and folded the dough toward you. With help of your hand, In a rolling motion push the dough away. Now, Rotated the quartered dough turn and repeat the “fold, push and turn” steps. Knead the dough until it become Smooth and Elastic. If dough become too sticky use little more flour to get rid of it.
