1 egg for each a pair of slices of bread
Nonstick spray, olive oil, or butter/margarine
Cinnamon (season to taste)
1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) seasoning (vanilla essence, optional)
Bread (6 pieces), sort of bread is up to your preference
Milk (depending on variety of eggs, a pair of tablespoons per egg)
Instruction to Make
Set the stove or electrical pan to medium high heat. Place the pan over the burner if preparation over the stove. Add non-stick spray, oil or butter in order that the bread won’t stick to the pan.
Crack the eggs into a bowl.
Add milk, seasoning, and cinnamon and beat them with a fork or whisk.
Flip the warmth right down to medium-low, once the pan is heated sufficiently.
Dip the bread into the egg mixture.
Cut a slice of the bread with the mixture on each side.
Place every slice onto the pan.
Cook the toast till golden on each side. (Some forty five seconds per facet.)
Place the toast on a plate. Then serve at once with syrup.
Add hot apple sauce, cinnamon or powdered sugar for additional lusciousness.
